finePerfumestore.com never sells knock off,or fake fragrances. All of our products are the EXACT fragrance that you would find at your local department store . How do we sell them at such low prices? Bulk buying, low overhead, and smaller margins allow us to pass the best perfume deals on to you. Many other merchants will sell you product spoofs manufactured in China and other overseas markets. They may look like, and sort of smell like, originals but they are not. We guarantee that all of our products are Name Brand Originals.

- What is a tester?
We've all been in department stores and been approached by the fragrance salesperson offering to give us a sample spray, and you notice the line-up of testers on the shelf. Testers are made by the manufacturer to help promote their perfume products by allowing customers to try the fragrance before purchasing. Scentiments.com buys unused testers directly from the manufacturer - with the entire original quantity in the container.Testers will come without the fancy packaging and the decorative cap.

- What is the deal with 50ml and 100ml and the 1.6 vs 1.7 and 3.3 vs 3.4 controversy?
It is all about the measuring. 100 ml equal exactly 3.381 oz. So it makes no "scents" why some companies offer 3.4 and some 3.3 unless they rounded down. According to a conversion website:
100 milliliter = 3.381 ounces [US, liquid]
So if you happen to receive a 3.3 oz and ordered a 3.4 it is honest typographical error. You did receive the correct item with the full amount.

- What forms of payment do you accept?
We currently accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express credit cards.

- Why do some fragrances seem to last much longer than others?
People with dry skin may need to apply fragrance more frequently, since oily skin has more natural moisture to hold the fragrance. Individual pH levels can also affect how long a scent might last.

- How can I make my scent last longer?
To achieve a longer lasting effect, layer your fragrance. Use the fragranced gel in bath or shower, then the companion moisturizer or powder, then the Eau de Toilette, Eau de Parfum or Eau de Cologne for a longer lasting effect.
Applying your fragrance behind your ears and on your neck as well as low on the body, such as behind your knees, allows the scent to rise slowly and last longer.

- Why does fragrance contain alcohol?
Alcohol helps the fragrance to rise from your skin. Without alcohol in your fragrance, the only one who would smell the scent is you!

- How can I keep my fragrance from going bad?
Keep your fragrance in a cool, dry area, away from sunlight. Opened bottles of fragrance should be stored in its box for longer shelf life.
